The real joy of Christmas comes not in the hurrying and scurrying to acquire more, but in giving as Christ gave Himself. Our celebration of Christmas should be a reflection of love and selflessness. This is the time to feel more kindly one to another; to reach out in love to help those less privileged.
As you celebrate the joy of Christmas, know that Jesus is the reason for the season. His birth is a display of God's love for humanity. Give somebody a reason to also celebrate this season by introducing them to Jesus and doing something worthwhile for them.
